The Music Ministry of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church is dedicated whole-heartedly to the true spirit of the Roman Catholic liturgy as expressed by the Fathers through the Constitution on the Constitution on the Sacred Liturgy (Sacrosanctum Concilium) under Musicam Sacram of the Vatican II by giving pride of place to Gregorian chant, sacred polyphony, and the organ. Through this dedication the liturgy allows the full, conscious, and active participation of the people with singing and listening hearts, souls, and minds being drawn up to God.
